iRICH does not promote or offer you Easy Money (or) Get Rich Quick Schemes/Plans.
Just because of purchasing a product or services from iRICH, does not entitle you for any income. To earn income from these product / services selling business opportunity, first you need to become a verified Direct Seller (IBO) of the company by complying with necessary regulations (submitting your KYC documents). Your income will solely depend on the sales that you and your team generates, for which you need to put in lot of effort and time to see the results.
There is no agent/salaried job/employment opportunity for iRICH Direct Sellers (IBO’s) and all income are only sales & performance based.
BThere is no compulsion for anyone to become Direct Seller (IBO) or to purchase iRICH products or services.
iRICH provides Direct Seller’s (IBO’s) a unique Independent Business Owner ID (IBO - ID) number (login ID) & password to a person who wishes to become Direct Seller (IBO), upon fulfilling terms and condition of the company. They can earn income only by selling iRICH products or services and can become eligible for sales facilitation fees depending upon the volume of business done by them as per terms and conditions of the company and company reserves the right to change the business Compensation plan at any point of time.
iRICH websites (www.irichworkandplay.com, vigava.com, huntbasket.com, trigavi.com) and the content on the same are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade names and trademarks, including the name, logo, and are owned by iRICH Work & Play India Pvt. Ltd. (“iRICH”) or used by iRICH under a license or with permission from the owner of such rights. The content protected by such intellectual property rights including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, visuals, photographs, images, product information and other content on the iRICH Website. iRICH does has its own websites ((https://www.irichworkandplay.com/, https://vigava.com/, http://huntbasket.com/, https://trigavi.com/) for marketing of its business and distribution of products or services and doesn’t authorize any other website/person to list its products in any other channel/online platform.
iRICH reserves the right to terminate the Direct Seller’s referred as Independent Business Owner’s (IBO’s) without any prior notice, if found not following/deviating from the company’s policies, Code of conduct, terms and conditions.
