As per the guidelines issued by honorable Ministry Of Consumer Affairs under Clause No. 3 & 7 " Conditions for the conduct of Direct Selling Business & Conduct for the Protection of Consumer", it has been clearly instructed that there has to be a complaint redressal mechanism for direct sellers and consumers. The website should have space for registering consumer complaints and should ensure that grievances are addressed within 45 days of making such complaints.
